
Would you like to be one of the first people to taste Simon Hulstone and Team UK’s entry for the 2011 Bocuse d’Or?
In association with Fresh RM, Caterersearch.com and Table Talk are offering 14 lucky people a unique opportunity to sample Hulstone’s work prior to the final, which takes place in Lyon on 25 and 26 January.
On Thursday, 13 January, Hulstone, who is representing the UK and the Academy of Culinary Arts, will be opening his Michelin-starred restaurant, the Elephant at Torquay, for an intimate Chef Eats Out event for 14 diners to sample his entry for the Bocuse d’Or.
Fresh RM, the organisers of Hospitality 2011, has kindly sponsored the lunch giving Table Talk members the chance to have first view of – and eat - Hulstone’s entry as he tries to win gold for Team UK. Diners will be asked to arrive at about 12.15pm and lunch should be finished by 3pm.
