Catering Academy has announced the promotion of former catering manager Gary Irwin to the position of sales manager. Having worked for the contract caterer for more than three years, Irwin has risen through the ranks after beginning his Catering Academy career with the Health Protection Agency. His promotion follows the company's PRIDE (Personally Responsible in Delivering Excellence) road shows, which were held last year and focused on team development.
