My favourite... utensil

Friday 10 February 2012 07:57

This special utensil peels, slices and cores apples. I don't actually use it for apples; instead I use it to peel courgettes into spirals and create other decorative touches, such as thin strips of pepper to garnish soups. I discovered it during a shopping trip to Pages in London and have had a lot of fun creating with it since. It cost £8.
