Cyrus Todiwala, Gareth Johns and John Feeney have been confirmed as masterclass presenters at the forthcoming Professional Association for Catering Education (PACE) conference in Blackpool, next month.

The three chefs will appear at the culinary and front-of-house demonstration theatres at the 2012 PACE Conference and Exhibition, to showcase skills and new ideas for the attending catering and education professionals to take back to the classroom.

Todiwala, executive chef and proprietor of London's Café Spice Namasté, will present a high-end Indian cuisine masterclass, while Johns, head chef of the Wynnstay Hotel, will lead a demonstration on food and wine pairing.

Feeney, culinary director Europe of Griffith Laboratories, will use his session to present authentic American barbecued food using sous-vide.

PACE chief executive Geoff Booth described masterclasses as an important element of the conference and exhibition as they inspired and motivated delegates.

He said: "Cyrus, Gareth and John are very talented and very busy chefs, but they recognise the importance of education.

"We're thrilled and grateful that they are lending their time and expertise to help us give catering and hospitality education professionals the best tools possible to continue to deliver excellence in education."

Other masterclasses available at the conference include:
● Induction equipment: cooking & benefits
● Charcuterie and air-dried meat products
● Chocolate skills
● Speciality cheeses
● Premium sausage making
● Mixology
