Not much of an advert

With food safety high on the agenda for all caterers, I continue to be amazed and disappointed when I see kitchen and restaurant staff smoking around the back door area of kitchens.

Managers and staff should realise this is not the best advert for their establishment, especially when the kitchen door is in full view of guests walking to breakfast.
