Running a hotel, restaurant or pub is the top dream of aspiring business owners, according to a new survey published this week.
The report, commissioned by online solicitors directory Lawyer Locator, reveals that more than a third of all adults in the UK consider setting up in business for themselves, with 16% of those wanting to run their own restaurant, pub or hotel.
TV chef Jamie Oliver was ranked as the country’s second most popular business hero, behind number-one business idol Richard Branson.
The survey was conducted in January this year using a sample of 2,110 adults across Great Britain.
