Hotel directors snap up Meriski

Monday 18 October 2004 17:39
The directors of Luxury Family Hotels (LFH) and Alias Hotels have moved into the holiday tour operator market with the purchase of Cirencester-based Meriski for an undisclosed sum.

Meriski has a contract to run 11 luxury skiing chalets in Meribel, France, for 17 weeks a year.

LFH and Alias directors Nicholas Dickinson and Nigel Chapman had already set up Four Winds Resorts to develop their first overseas resort and tour operator business. The Meriski purchase meant it bought existing infrastructure rather than having to start from scratch, said Dickinson.
