The Dun Cow

Stockport-based brewer and pub operator Frederic Robinson has added the Dun Cow near Knutsford in Cheshire to its portfolio of some 400 pubs across the North West, North Wales and the Midlands.

The two-storey, detached property in the village of Ollerton is a food-led destination and locals pub that is well-placed to attract trade from the affluent towns of Wilmslow, Knutsford and Holmes Chapel.

Facilities include a 50-seat open-plan lounge, a 30-seat dining area and two-bedroom owners’ accommodation. External features include a beer garden and 50-bay car park.

Property agent Christie + Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £650,000 on behalf on an unnamed national pub operator.
