Ambition My career to date has been about making the most of opportunities that come my way. I have no idea where I will end up but it will definitely be within the hospitality sector and as long as the work I do makes a difference that's ambition enough for me.
Josh Light started his career as a management trainee with Mitchells & Butlers, where he oversaw training and development for a team of 32. A stint followed as regional training manager at jewellery chain Aurum Holdings before he joined Charlton House (now CH&Co) first as training manager and now as learning and development manager.
In his current role, Josh is responsible for training almost 2,000 staff. Last year he won the HR in Hospitality Rising Star Award.
