The Cambridge Colleges are seeking to appoint an agent for the provision of Catering Procurement Services. The agent will act for the Colleges, procuring goods and services from suppliers and will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of these arrangements.
Each College can offer a wide range of full catering services which can indude, formal meals, banquets, fine dining and bar operations.
Applications are sought from suitably experienced organisations to tender for the above contract commencing march 2012 for a period of three years (with an option to extend for a further two years at the Colleges' discretion.
