Sodexo wins £3.5m school catering and cleaning contract

Sodexo has signed a new £3.5m contract with Altrincham Grammar School for Girls in Cheshire to provide catering services at the school as well as cleaning.

The company has already been providing cleaning services at the school for four years.

The seven-year contract, which has the option to extend for a further three years, will start on 1 September. Worth £500,000 in annual turnover, the contract will see Sodexo employ a further 14 members of staff to provide the new catering service at the UK's largest girls' grammar school.
