Contract caterer Elior has announced a restructuring of its team, with chief executive Michael Audis promoting three key personnel within the business.
Catherine Roe will become managing director of contracts, taking over from Audis, who has taken responsibility of the role since November 2008, when Lynn McClelland left after just 13 months in the job.
Prior to her promotion Roe was managing director of concessions which followed her tenure as Elior’s director of purchasing.
Adam Elliott succeeds Roe as managing director of concessions from his previous position of divisional director of concessions, which will not need to be filled.
Charlotte Davies has been promoted to director of corporate communications and corporate responsibility.
Michael Audis commented: "I am delighted to announce the promotion of these exceptional employees. I believe this new structure will strongly position Elior for growth and I wish every success to Catherine, Adam and Charlotte in their new roles."
