Le Bistrot Pierre to open 10th site in Plymouth
Restaurant group Le Bistrot Pierre is extending its family of nine individual restaurants to open a 10th site, in Plymouth.
The new restaurant will be housed in the New Cooperage building within Royal William Yard, considered to be one of the most important groups of historic military buildings in Britain. The unit benefits from a large outside seating area overlooking a magnificent lawn to the front.
Robert Beacham, co-owner of Le Bistrot Pierre, said: "Plymouth was outside the area in which we were looking but the opportunity was so incredible it really was too good to miss."
Le Bistrot Pierre Plymouth will launch in February 2013. With approximately 120 covers inside the restaurant and large outside terrace, it will also include a small bar to complement the bistro. The venue will create around 25 new jobs.
The company currently operates restaurants in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Leamington Spa, Sheffield, Harrogate and Stratford-upon-Avon and Ilkley, Yorkshire.
