People 1st and Springboard have launched a consultation to find out what form new hospitality diplomas in hospitality and catering should take.

The consultation will include employers, trade and professional associations, schools, teachers, students, colleges and higher education; so this is your chance to have your say.

All responses will be gathered together and analysed to help Sector Skill Council People 1st in the next stage of development for the specialist diplomas.

This is your chance to influence the future of 14-19 education and training in the hospitality sector. Closing date 27 October, 2007.
