Park Plaza Hotels has named two new general managers at its properties on London's South Bank.
Simon Mahon, formerly area manager for Whitbread in London and the South-east, joins Park Plaza County Hall, returning to an area he knows well - he was general manager at the Premier Inn in County Hall.
Meanwhile, Greg Hegarty has taken up the role of general manager at the four-star Park Plaza Riverbank London and the five-star Plaza on the River Club and Residence.
Previously general manager at Park Plaza County Hall and Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes, Hegarty moved to BDL Hotels as group operations manager in November 2007.
