Kudos wins £5m contract with the Company of Cutlers

Kudos, part of the Crown Group, has won a £5m contract with the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, Sheffield.

The five-year deal will see Kudos provide all catering for its conferencing and events, as well as its sales and marketing activities.

The Grade II listed building is the one of the very few Livery Halls outside the City of London, and the contract was awarded to Kudos after it demonstrated its passion for food, commitment to its communities, and ability to sell and promote the venue.

Jon Pryce, managing director of Kudos, said: "We are privileged enough to have a vast range of experts within our business who are familiar with delivering the very highest level of service at some very prestigious venues. We are pleased to add this to our portfolio."

Colonel George Kilburn, the chief executive of the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire, said: "The Cutler's Hall is a unique environment and we see Kudos as a company which will match the very high standards required here.

"They won this contract in the face of fierce competition and we look forward to working with them over the next five years."
