London food store, bar and restaurant Villandry has launched this sister venue in the Bicester Village retail development in Oxfordshire. It includes a 70-seat outdoor terrace as well as a large deli and take‑away operation and offers a menu of French classics.
Using foraged ingredients is nothing new but the trend has become more mainstream over the past two years. However, the wider use of foraged food in restaurants also carries a certain amount of danger.
