Caribbean group Turtle Bay to open Bristol site ahead of national expansion

Caribbean restaurant and bar group Turtle Bay is set to open a fourth site, in Bristol, ahead of a planned national expansion next year.

The group, which has restaurants in Nottingham, Milton Keynes and Southampton, will open the Bristol site on Broad Quay in February. The opening follows the launch of Turtle Bay's outlet in Nottingham in October and the group is looking to open more restaurants across the country later next year.

George Waite, associate director at Insight Retail Consulting, which secured the Bristol site, said: "The company is keen to grow and we are actively working with it to identify several new sites in key city centres."

Turtle Bay specialises in traditional Caribbean food, serving dishes such as jerk chicken and curried goat, as well as a range of other West Indian dishes.
