Pub group buys hotel

The Capital Pub Company, which operates 13 pubs within the M25 area, has bought its first hotel for an undisclosed sum. The Kew Gardens hotel in Kew Village, London, has 18 bedrooms and, following a refurbishment, will be run as a pub with rooms.
