Edward Kreft, general manager, Millennium Gloucester hotel, London

The Millennium Gloucester hotel in London's Kensington has welcomed Edward Kreft as general manager. Kreft was previously general manager of an Iranian facilities management company and has also worked as a general manager at one of the hotels at Disneyland Paris.
