The Fosters Yard hotel in the Warwickshire village of Polesworth offers the opportunity to build on the success of a pub, restaurant and hotel business, according to agent Davey & Co.
There’s also the potential for further property development - the current owner has drawn up plans for a scheme, subject to planning permission, to build eight houses on the site.
