Delaware North opens new food hall and café bar at Glasgow Airport

Delaware North has officially opened its new £1.5m food hall and café bar at Glasgow Airport following a four-month redevelopment programme.

The refurbished units located on the first floor of the main terminal and on the ground floor international arrivals hall are made up of four outlets.

The Central Sports Bar and Grill has an American themed menu using Scottish produce, while the Deli Kitchen Café offers freshly prepared foods such as sandwiches, paninis and pastries served fast.

Fresh Food Central is an assisted buffet style restaurant with theatre cooking in the open view kitchen and the First Stop Café Bar has a range of sweet and savoury snacks, hot and cold beverages.

Simon Dobson, UK managing director of Delaware North, said: "These new innovative service concepts will offer great food and a prompt service to meet the needs of all visitors to the airport.

"We have nearly a century of hospitality experience from across the globe and we are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with Glasgow International Airport."
