To coincide with its Golden Jubilee in 2012, Coventry Cathedral is seeking a proactive and innovative catering company to work in partnership, to expand and develop the catering services across the whole site.
The services comprise the current Undercroft Refectory, all Cathedral Event Catering, and a planned new Retail Café of circa 90 sq m. The Retail Café, located on one of the busiest pedestrian routes in Coventry between the University and the City Centre, will be open to the general public and would suit an independent operator, or a branded coffee offer.
The 5-year contract, to be let as a whole, or in parts, will operate as a concession.
