Former Portfolio directors set up new hospitality recruitment firm

Three hospitality recruitment experts have joined forces to create a new firm called Troika Recruitment.

Suzie Boyd, Miranda French and Justine van Zijl, who between them have 45 years' experience in the market, concentrate on permanent, middle-to-senior management recruitment.

French joins the London-based firm having spent 23 years as a director of Portfolio, while van Zijl also spent eight years as a director of Portfolio. Meanwhile, Boyd was a divisional managing director for 12 years at the same firm.

Boyd said: “There are three key ingredients to achieving Troika’s business success – our candidates, our clients and us. Our goal is to offer a made-to-measure service where we will give that extra zeal and determination in our quest to find exciting, unusual but appropriate opportunities for our candidates and clients, with an aftercare service to match.”
