A new cereal bar and two flapjacks bearing Fairtrade, organic and vegetarian certificates are launched by Doves Farm Foods. The cereal bar is the Tropical Bar, made with Fairtrade fruits, Fairtrade Brazil nuts, oats and rice. It's also made with no salt or crystal sugar, and each 40g bar has 153 calories, 15g of sugar and less than 5g fat.
The two flapjacks are the original butter-enriched flapjack and an apple and sultana version. The apple and sultana flapjack has 179 calories and the butter flapjack has 175, and both are made from Fairtrade sugar.
