Restaurateur Marlon Abela's latest restaurant project is in a 42-storey tower overlooking Madison Square Park in New York. This time the creator of London's Greenhouse and Umu has teamed up with acclaimed chef Andrew Carmellini.

  • Capacity: 100. A 70-seat terrace is under construction.
  • Food: Italian - try grilled octopus with peperonata, chorizo and lemon or handmade pastas with sweet sausage, ceci, and broccoli rabe. Finish with Robinson's Sicilian-style coffee granité.
