Vermeer Dutch Chocolate Cream Liqueur

Its creator, Maurice Kanbar, spent four years sourcing the right chocolate for his Vermeer Dutch Chocolate Cream Liqueur, which has now been launched. A blend of high-quality Dutch chocolate, fresh cream and premium vodka, Vermeer is described as having a sweet, smooth and rich taste and can be served "on the rocks", in a chocolate martini, added to coffee or hot chocolate, or even over ice-cream. Chef Phil Vickery has deemed the drink to be "good in the creation of new sweet dishes". At 17% abv, Vermeer comes in a 700ml bottle or a 50ml miniature size.

Price: about £11.99 per case of six
