Football fans will be gripped by Euromania once the European championship kicks off in Portugal on 12 June, but some food companies have already caught the mood. Bernard Matthews is gearing up for that demand with Turkey Footballers, a series of three players (one keeper and two strikers, apparently) made from turkey and covered in a crispy crumb. Each player weighs 25g, and comes in cases of 96, consisting of all three shapes. The company is also releasing a 60g turkey shape of the 2004 numerals and a 14g turkey meatball! Cooked from frozen.
