Time is running out to enter the Hotel Cateys 2008

Time is running out to get your entry in to this year’s Hotel Cateys, the hotel industry’s only truly independent benchmark of operational excellence.

The awards, which launched last year, recognise, reward and celebrate the unsung heroes who work tirelessly to support the UK’s hotel sector by delivering an exceptional guest experience day in, day out.

In 2007, hoteliers welcomed the Hotel Cateys with open arms: more than 300 entries flooded in and the awards culminated in a gala dinner attended by more than 700 hoteliers from around the country. 

Now we are looking for nominations for the second Hotel Cateys awards. Do you have a housekeeping team that really delivers? Does your conference and banqueting team offer an outstanding level of service? Or does your front of house team consistently go the extra mile for their guests? If so, we want to hear about them.

In addition, this year we are incorporating the announcement of the Hotelier of the Year into November’s Hotel Catey awards. 

For 25 years, the UK’s most exceptional hotelkeepers have been unveiled and applauded at an exclusive luncheon in December. By presenting this prestigious award in front of an audience of young hotel professionals, we aim to provide aspiring hoteliers with exemplars whose successes they can mimic in their own careers.
