Paul Kitching and partner Katie O'Brien, who left the Michelin-starred Juniper in Manchester last year, have launched this restaurant with four bedrooms in Edinburgh. It is housed in a Georgian townhouse in the city's New Town area.

Capacity 38, plus 25 private dining

Menu Modern European - scallops, aubergine and banana confit; beef fillet, walnut scone, white asparagus, curried Welsh rarebit and pea and rosemary cream; and rice pudding, pimento and hazelnut anglais with prune purée.
