Rezidor Hotel Group has promoted Michel Stalport to area vice-president for Southern Europe and Africa.
The Belgian, who was vice-president Russia, CIS, Baltics, Turkey and Azerbaijan, joined the group in 1993.
Previous experience at the company includes stints as general manager at the Radisson SAS hotels in Brussels, Nice and Cannes, district manager for southern France and regional director France.
Stalport's successor in Moscow is Tom Flanagan, who moves over from his role as district director for Turkey, Azerbaijan and China.
