Contract Opportunity NoticeSussex Police wish to appoint a contractor on a nil subsidy, commercial contract basis for the provision of a branded coffee bar facility with limited hot food and a comprehensive selection of cold snack options based at Police Headquarters, Lewes, Sussex and the training facility at Slaugham Manor, near Gatwick, Sussex.
The contract will be for seven years (five years with the option to extend for two years) commencing 1st April 2011.
Existing catering facilities are in place and therefore TUPE will apply to this contract. Further details of the requirement can be found at
