Sussex-based caterer Edwards & Ward has boosted its portfolio of education contracts with a 78-site deal with Somerset County Council worth £14m.
The seven-year contract will see Edwards & Ward provide a fresh food menu using locally-sourced produce from Somerset farmers and growers.
Mike Ward, joint managing director of Edwards & Ward, said: "This is another great win for us and builds on our existing success in the area."
The caterer already operates services in both North Somerset and Gloucestershire.
