Margaret McCombe has been named as the new general manager at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant in London.
Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen celebrates its fifth anniversary this year and McCombe joins from Brain Tuner at the Millennium hotel, also in London, where she was restaurant manager.
Paula Duphy, who was general manager at Fifteen has been promoted to allow her to focus on the development of further Fifteen restaurants.
• Fresh Retail Ventures, which markets, sells and distributes much of Jamie Oliver’s food and non-food products, has appointed David Page as its new managing director. Page was group managing director of Indian food company Patak’s.
