TCG Acquisitions Limited, the managed pub company formerly known as Tattershall Castle Group, has put 26 of its leasehold sites up for sale.
The sale of the outlets, a mixture of pubs and late-night venues in city centre locations, forms part of an ongoing review of TCG’s estate.
The properties range from the Tun in Edinburgh to the Rat and Parrot in Woking, and from the Minerva in Hull to the Bedroom in Shrewsbury.
Property agent Christie & Co is handling the sale of the units, which are available individually, in parcels or as a group.
TCG, which is backed by private equity group Alchemy Partners, currently operates approximately 150 sites.
It was formed in 2005 after picking up 178 of Spirit Group’s city-centre pubs, under brands such as Rat and Parrot and Bar 38.
Neil Morgan, head of pubs at Christie & Co, said: “These centrally located units are likely to appeal to a wide range of buyers from new entrants to existing operators across the pub, restaurant and late night bar sectors.”
