* All ex-students and staff of Ealing, Acton and Slough hotel schools are invited to a grand reunion on 15 May at 7pm at the Ealing Campus in the Mary King Room. * I am looking for work experience, working beside the head chef if possible, in a prestigious restaurant or hotel, from any time now until the end of August, when I will start the professional cookery course (Higher Still) (SGA) at Glasgow College of Food Technology.
