
The former Ristorante Mosaico in Mayfair has relaunched under the same ownership, with its new name reflecting the arrival of head chef Riccardo de Prà, whose family owns the Michelin-starred Ristorante Albergo Dolada in Pieve d'Alpago, Italy.
