With 45 types of sausage from 17 countries including ostrich and kangaroo, chef Chris Zetinigg, previously at the Hilton, Park Lane, has researched sausage types and dishes from around the world.

- Food: Sample sausages from around the world, and with many nearly non-fat there's no need to stop at one. From Morocco, try sea bass and aubergine roasted with turmeric and couscous and from Austria, Kasekrainer smoked sausage containing melted cheese. Vegetarian, halal and "seafood sausage" options are also available.
