Set in the heart of Trafalgar Square, this late-night cocktail lounge bar is in a subterranean space housing a maze of arches, five private "caverns" and a 19th-century vaulted ceiling.

  • Drinks: Try a Downing Street, a variation on the Gin Martini using premium Tanqueray 10 gin, stirred with Maraschino, Noilly Prat Dry and zested with grapefruit, or a whisky combination like Smoked Heather Dram - heather smoked with Laphroaig Quarter Cask malt, sweet vermouth, and orange liqueur, served warm over apple juice.
