| Blumenthal: plans refurb |
|
The Hinds Head is located in the centre of the village, just a few doors along from the restaurant.
Its sale price "vastly exceeded" the initial guide price of about £300,000, said agents AG&G.
Blumenthal is planning to refurbish the building. He intends to operate the two businesses "very separately".
The Hinds Head was previously owned by pub group Greene King.
