Midmarket Indian restaurant chain Masala World is to open its third Masala Zone restaurant on the site of a former Pizza Hut in Earls Court, London.
The 120-seat restaurant is expected to open in the latter half of January 2005, when it will become the group's sixth restaurant in the capital. It will follow the launch of Amaya in Knightsbridge next month and join the existing Chutney Mary and Veeraswamy restaurants.

The original Masala Zone, in Soho, now turns over 3,000 covers a week, and up to 10 more sites in London are expected.
