
Reigning champion Sam Tamsanguan, (right) of London's Wiltons restaurant, has retained his crown at the Tabasco British Oyster Opening Championships 2004.
Tamsanguan took the title at Bibendum Oyster Bar last week after opening 30 oysters in three minutes and 48 seconds, and has now won the competition four times.
He will compete against an international field of oyster shuckers at the Galway International Oyster Festival on 25 September.
