The London Hilton on Park Lane hotel is launching a new whisky bar with the opening of Whisky Mist at Zeta.
Set to open in mid-June, the new venue will be housed in the hotel’s former Zeta bar comprising a bar and club created by partners Nick House, Piers Adam, Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe and Marc Burton.
Divided into two bars, a dance area and a private room, Whisky Mist at Zeta will be open to all but also offer membership.
Members will get their own personal aged bottle of whisky kept behind the bar.
The hotel’s general manager, Michael Shepherd, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with such dynamic innovators as Nick and Piers and have high hopes for Whisky Mist at Zeta.”
