Delfield Sadia's Gastronorm range of single- and double-door upright fridges has been revamped to include a "revolutionary" Mono-Bloc system. The evaporator is now within a removable cassette set on top of the cabinet together with the compressor rather than integrated within the fridge.
This contributes to increased storage capacity and simplifies emergency repairs the service engineer needs only to slide off the cassette and replace it with a spare one, enabling the cabinet to continue working while the faulty cassette is repaired away from the kitchen. Cabinets with the cassettes are available in a range of gastronorm sizes with both single- and double-door options.
