
A gastropub with planning permission for three en-suite bedrooms is for sale for around £1m.
The Red Lion Inn is located in the picturesque village of Stathern in the Vale of Belvoir on the Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire border.
The property – which features beamed ceilings, flagstone floors and two open fireplaces – provides 78 seats for diners across the main restaurant, bar and lounge and another 50 seats in the paved courtyard.
The premises also offers four- bedroom owners’ accommodation, a staff cottage and a car park.
The Nottingham office of Davey & Co is seeking £1m for the freehold.
