First-time buyer Ramesh Kumar has bought the Western Manor House hotel in Edinburgh off a guide price of £1.35m.
The guesthouse enjoys a prominent position on Corstorphine Road, a main arterial route leading from Edinburgh towards Glasgow
Along with 11 en-suite bedrooms, the property has a 50-seat lounge, a 24-seat dining room and two rooms for owners or staff – an en-suite bedroom and a split level bedroom with a double shower room.
The Edinburgh office of Colliers Robert Barry handled the sale on behalf of the previous owner, Adam Dzierzek.
