Celebrity Irish chef Paul Rankin's first Rankin Cafe' franchisee has opened it's doors in Bangor, Country Down.
Robert Craig will operate the 70 seat Cafe int he high street which empoys 15 staff and features a soundproof play area for up to 40 children which Rankin naturally had to try out for size. It will serve a selection of healthy breakfasts, snacks, lunches and a full childrens menu.
The Bangor cafe' brings the total number of Rankin Cafe's in operation to 10
