Matthew Cuthbert named head chef at Cowley Manor in the Cotswolds

Matthew Cuthbert has been named head chef at Cowley Manor, located at Cowley in the Cotswolds. He expects to gain much of his inspiration from the Manor's 55-acre estate.

Cuthbert has worked alongside the likes of Marco Pierre White as head chef at the Yew Tree Inn and as senior sous chef at Heston Blumenthal's Hinds Head.
