The Old Etonian hotel and restaurant, in Harrow on the Hill, Middlesex, is on the market for £2.1m.
The three AA-star nine-bedroom property, situated in a historical conservation area, includes a 60-seat restaurant and conference facilities.
The current owner, Pelaez Demofilo, has operated the property for the past 35 years, and is now selling the property because of retirement.
Alex Sturgess, partner of the Knight Frank hotels team, which is handling the sale, said it was a “wonderful opportunity” to purchase a thriving business venture.
The restaurant has an elevated position on the high street with views of Harrow and the surrounding area and serves French and Mediterranean cuisine. In the summer months, French windows open onto a terrace providing al fresco dining for an additional 36 covers.
