Head chef Konrad Inghelram joins Quaglino's
Konrad Inghelram has recently joined London restaurant Quaglino's, part of the D&D London retaurant group.
Originally from Belgium, Inghelram's training began in France at the Michelin-starred Au Chapon Fin before returning to his native country, where he worked as chef de partie for Filip Bogaert and T'Laurierblad Au Vigneron, both two-Michelin-starred restaurants.
He settled in London 11 years ago and after stints at several restaurants in the capital, including Brasserie Roux, Osia and Windows at the Hilton, he joins Quaglino's from the position of head chef at the Georgian restaurant in Harrods.
